Your order will ship in 5 days unless you would prefer to have each item ship separately. Allow 5-7 business days after that time, for your order to arrive. All packages require a signature, if you cannot be at home, reply to your email confirmation with your work or alternate address. Shipping is via UPS. We can ship via Fedex or US Mail if you prefer, Allow 3-5 additional days for your order to arrive via US Mail. Expedited Delivery Services are available in most cases, reply to your email confirmation with your required delivery date and we will reply with your shipping cost. International Shipping is via Insured US Mail, unless you request another carrier. Customs Duties can range from 10-26% and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Your total shipping cost will be calculated after we receive your order and will be included in your email confirmation.
Returns are Limited. Draperies, and Bedding are Custom made to your Specifications, in the Fabric that you choose. We accept Merchandise for Store Credit when we have shipped the wrong merchandise, or if the Merchandise is damaged in any way. We will not issue Store Credit for the incorrect Size, as it is your responsibility to measure correctly.
Our Exchange policy is in strict accordance with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover guidelines. Sales Tax is .05% in Maine, and Shipping is based on weight, and International Orders are billed when we ship based on rates at www.usps.com.
